DO I NEED TO CLEAN CLOTHES AFTER BORROWING THEM?
DON'T PANIC... YOU DON'T NEED TO PLAN ANYTHING: DRY CLEANING IS FREE! DON'T TRY TO CLEAN THEM EVEN IF THERE ARE STAINS. WE HAVE A PARTNERSHIP WITH A QUALITY DRY CLEANER WHO WILL BE ABLE TO CATCH THE STAINS IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN SCRUBBED FIRST.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE A PART?
DON'T PANIC, WE DO SMALL ALTERATIONS AND WE HAVE A VERY GOOD DRY CLEANER AS A PARTNER WHO CAN CATCH UP MOST OF THE STAINS. IF SIGNIFICANT REPAIR COSTS ARE EXPECTED FOLLOWING MAJOR DAMAGE, WE WILL BE FORCED TO CHARGE A PORTION OF YOUR DEPOSIT CORRESPONDING TO THE REPAIR OF THE OUTFIT. IF HOWEVER THE ITEM IS TOO DAMAGED TO BE RENTED BACK, WE WILL BE FORCED TO CHARGE YOU THE VALUE OF THE GARMENT (DEPOSIT) AND THE DAMAGED OUTFIT WILL BE RETURNED TO US.
HOW ARE THE PARTS CLEANED?
EACH MODEL IS DRY CLEANED WHEN IT IS RETURNED FROM RENTAL. WE PAY A LOT OF ATTENTION TO ENSURE THAT IT IS IMPECCABLE BEFORE RENTING IT BACK.
CAN I EXTEND MY RENTAL?
YOU CAN CHOOSE THE EXTENSION OPTION WHEN ORDERING ON OUR SITE:
- FOR 4 DAYS
- FOR 8 DAYS
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUPPLEMENTS APPLY TO EACH OUTFIT IN THE ORDER.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE?
EACH DAY OF LATE DELIVERY IS CHARGED €50. AFTER ONE WEEK OF LATE DELIVERY, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE VALUE OF THE GARMENT (DEPOSIT). SOMEONE MAY HAVE RESERVED THE SAME PIECE AS YOU JUST AFTER AND WOULD BE VERY DISAPPOINTED NOT TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE IT IN TIME FOR THEIR OCCASION!
CAN I BORROW MULTIPLE COINS AT A TIME?
